Availability

All products are in stock, excluding contact lenses for astigmatism, and will be dispatched immediately.

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver a product caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to decide whether the sales contract should remain in force or be cancelled.

Delivery of Contact Lenses for Astigmatism

Each brand of contact lenses for astigmatism is available in more than 4,500 different variations, making it unfeasible for us to keep every variation in stock.

The majority of orders, more than 97%, are delivered within 15-20 working days.

However, certain rare combinations of parameters may require a longer delivery period.

If you do not receive your lenses within 30 days, as stipulated by law, you have the right to cancel your order.

You may notify us by email, and the amount paid for your purchase will be refunded.

Returns

You may return a product to us within 14 days, provided that it has not been opened or used.

Products that have been opened or used after delivery cannot be returned.
