1. VALID MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED
You confirm that you hold a valid prescription for the contact lenses you wish to order. This means that your prescription is within 12 months from the date of purchase and that the prescription has been issued by a professional and qualified ophthalmologist or contact lens fitter (hereinafter to be understood as a professional).
We reserve the right to verify these details with your doctor.
When purchasing from us, you confirm that the contact lenses you have ordered have been prescribed by a qualified professional; therefore, we assume no responsibility if you place an order for lenses that have not been prescribed for you and/or if the difference between the prescription date and the purchase date exceeds 12 months. You do not necessarily need to send us your prescription, but by accepting the terms and conditions contained herein, you confirm that you have a valid medical prescription.
The contact lens user must be at least 16 years of age.
2. OUR RIGHTS
Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers, so we reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if we believe you have a motive to resell the product.
We also have the right to control the quantity of products made available to you. We may even terminate a contract with us and restrict access to the website if we believe that any of your actions are in violation of any applicable laws or are harmful to the interests of other users.
We reserve the right not to supply you with contact lenses if we consider any health contraindications regarding lens wear or if the contact lens specifications do not meet the satisfaction of the conditions mentioned above.
The General Terms shall be in accordance with the law of the country in which the Supplier accepts the order and not of the country in which the distribution was executed. The sales contract will be strictly between the supplier and the customer.
The customer is the person who executes a purchase from our website, has read the Terms and Conditions, and accepts their content in their entirety.
2.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT BEFORE RECEIPT OF THE GOODS
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days from your online purchase.
You can cancel your order for any reason within this time frame - even if you simply changed your mind.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must explicitly inform us by email and your purchase money will be refunded.
2.2 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AFTER RECEIPT OF THE GOODS
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods.
You can return your order for any reason within this time frame - even if you simply changed your mind, provided the products have not been opened or used.
- Products which have been opened or used after delivery cannot be returned.
- All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for goods.
Your purchase money will be refunded as soon as we receive the products.

3. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any delay or failure in supplying a product from our website caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Should this occur, we will endeavor to contact you to make a decision on whether the sales contract should remain or be revoked.
3.1 DELIVERY OF CONTACT LENSES FOR ASTIGMATISM
Every brand of contact lenses for Astigmatism has more than 4,500 different variations and it is not feasible to have them all in stock.
The majority of orders (over 97%) are delivered in 15-20 working days.
However, there are certain rare combinations of parameters where a longer period is required.
If you do not receive your lenses within 30 days (as stipulated by Law), you have the right to cancel your order.
You can inform us by email and your purchase money will be refunded.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will not be responsible for any typing errors or mistakes you have provided during your order.
The goods remain the property of the seller until the time the goods and associated charges have been paid in full by the buyer.
By completing your online order form, you agree and accept that you are responsible for your order and that you agree to pay all charges placed through the website.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to charge your credit card if an order has been dispatched to you and the invoice is not paid within a reasonable period of time, with a maximum limit of 30 days.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions as and when we believe it is required.
We will not be bound by your offer/purchase if there is any error in any advertisement or pricing on the website. Under these circumstances, your offer of purchase will have to be revoked.
When the delivery of the order is delayed or any other such circumstances prevent the receipt of your goods, we shall not be held liable (this could be either uncontrollable circumstances or other errors). We will, however, try to address these events to the best of our abilities.
Any disputes directed against Celestia Enterprises Ltd shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We have taken precautions to protect the personal information you have entered on this website. However, we will accept no liability for unauthorized access to or theft of data that has been used to your detriment.
